Clear rules, no surprises.
Everything you agree to when you book, in plain words. The waiver you sign says the same things in legal ones.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Measured from your pickup date:
One reschedule per order, to new dates within 12 months of the original pickup date; the new rental must end inside it. If the new dates are cheaper, we refund the difference. If they cost more, you pay the difference at the current rates. Bad weather follows the same rules: moving your day costs nothing.
Age
The renter, and anyone who signs the waiver, must be 18 or older.
Return time and late returns
The trailer is due back by 10:00 pm on your return date, in the same spot you picked it up. A return after 10:00 pm rolls into another full day at the daily rate.
Cleaning
Wet gear, sand and light dirt are normal lake conditions and cost nothing. Excessive mess from spills, trash or pet hair carries a cleaning fee from $50. Before any charge you receive the photos and an explanation within 48 hours.
Damage
Normal wear is free. Everything beyond it, such as punctures, cracks, breaks, snapped paddles, torn seats, bent fins, missing parts or damage to the trailer, is the renter's responsibility. We photograph every trailer and its gear at return, so both sides see the same pictures.
Contactless pickup and return
Trailers are staged at the curb at 339 W 1200 S, Lehi, UT 84043. We email you when yours is loaded and ready; you hitch up yourself, check the lights, and go. You return it to the same spot. The email links to your pickup page, where you tap which trailer colour, black or white, you took. The pickup and drop-off times you give at checkout help us stage on time; they are not enforced. If you would rather have help hitching, say so at checkout and we will contact you first to confirm we can assist.
Night-before pickup
Free when the trailer is available. Ask first and we will confirm.
The waiver
After payment we email a signing link to the renter and, if different, the driver. Signing takes a couple of minutes on a phone and happens before pickup. Everyone who signs must be 18 or older.
Day Passes
A Day Pass is a set number of rental days bought ahead. Each pass shows its expiry date and any blackout dates before you buy, and both are printed on the pass itself. Sales tax is collected when you buy the pass; nothing more is due when you use it. A pass has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash. How Day Passes work.
Lake rules
Take the trailer to any lake you choose; your rental agreement asks where you plan to launch. When you leave the water, clean, drain and dry the gear before it goes back on the trailer. Everything leaving Lake Powell needs an exit inspection and a dry time before it launches anywhere else, so tell us if Powell is your plan.
