Before you book

How does the process work?

Four steps. Check dates and pay online. Your confirmation email opens with where and when to pick up. Sign the waiver from the link that comes to your email after payment. Pick up in Lehi, contactless: the trailer is staged and loaded, you hitch up and go. Return by 10:00 pm on your last day. The long version is on how it works.

Can my vehicle tow it?

The loaded trailer weighs about 2,500 lb. We recommend a vehicle rated to tow 3,000 lb or more with a 2-inch receiver. The trailer uses a 2-inch ball and a 4-pin flat light connector. We offer various height hitch balls and standard 7-pin to 4-pin adapters that we provide at pickup if needed. Most SUVs, crossovers and trucks tow it comfortably. Not sure? Text us your make and model.

How many people can come?

The pack includes 24 various size life jackets. The four kayaks, five paddleboards and the five-person pedal boat carry up to 14 people at the same time, so bigger groups take turns. Most groups of 20 or under book one trailer, larger groups often book two.

Which lakes can I take it to?

Any lake you choose. Popular picks from Lehi are Tibble Fork, Jordanelle, Deer Creek, Pineview, Echo, Rockport, East Canyon, Causey and Yuba. A lake-by-lake guide is coming.

What comes on the trailer?

Everything for a day on the water, already loaded. Each trailer carries 2 adult kayaks, 2 youth kayaks, 4 adult paddleboards, 1 youth paddleboard, one five-person pedal boat, 24 life jackets in adult and youth sizes, and 9 paddles. Both trailers are identical; a bigger group books both. Full list on the pack.

Pickup and the day

Where do I pick up and return?

339 W 1200 S, Lehi, UT 84043, just off the freeway. Pickup and return are contactless: we text you when your trailer is staged and loaded, you hitch up and go, and you drop it in the same spot when you are done. We totally get it if you're not comfortable with contactless pickup. You can always call or text us so we can coordinate a time to meet you.

Can I pick up the night before?

Sometimes we can offer pickup the nigh before, but it depends on the previous days rentals. Feel free to call or text us and we can let you know if this is an option.

What should I bring?

The trailer already comes fully loaded with the boats, paddles, and life jackets. Some optional personal things you can bring are sunscreen, towels, water, snacks, beech chairs, dry bags, etc. Everything for the water itself is already on the trailer.

Will I meet you at pickup?

Usually not. Pickup and return are contactless, which is what makes the day easy. If you would rather have a hand hitching up, say so at checkout or contact us and we can work out a time to meet you.

When is the trailer due back?

By 10:00 pm on your return date. A return after that rolls into another full day at the daily rate. Running late? Text us; so we can make arrangements for our next day rentals.

Money and policies

How much does it cost?

$195 for the first day, $150 for each additional day, and 25% off Monday through Thursday. Utah sales tax is added at checkout. We also frequently offer day pass promotions which can be bought at a cheaper price ahead of time. Full pricing and Day Passes can be found on the pricing page.

Do you offer discounts?

Three ways to pay less: Monday through Thursday is 25% off, every day after the first is cheaper, and Day Passes go on sale around Black Friday for the following season. Follow us on Instagram or Facebook to hear about any other promotions or discounts.

What is your cancellation policy?

2 or more days before your reservation: full refund, or a free reschedule. Under 48 hours before your reservation: a free reschedule, no refund. A no-show: no refund and no reschedule. One reschedule per order, to new dates within 12 months. Details on policies.

Do I need to sign anything?

Yes. After payment we email a waiver link to the renter and the driver (if different from renter). Everyone who signs must be 18 or older. It takes a couple of minutes on a phone, and you sign before pickup.

What is the cleaning policy?

Our gear is built for lake days, so coming back wet, sandy, or a little dirty is completely normal — that's already covered in your rental price. We only charge a cleaning fee when gear comes back excessively dirty in ways that require extra time or special cleaning to turn around for the next customer. Excessive mess from spills, trash, fishing bait, pet hair, etc comes with a cleaning fee starting at $50. The $50 overs the vast majority of situations. In rare cases of extreme mess, the fee may be higher to reflect the actual time and cost of cleaning. Before any charge you receive the photos and an explanation within 48 hours.

What if something breaks?

We expect our gear to come back in roughly the same condition it went out. Normal wear is free. Anything beyond it, such as punctures, cracks, snapped paddles, torn seats, bent fins, missing parts or damage to the trailer, is the renter's responsibility. We photograph every trailer at return so there are no surprises either way.
