The most-asked question we get is “how does the process work?” Here is the whole thing, the way it happens.
Check dates and book
Pick your dates and how many trailers (one or two), tell us your preferred pickup and drop-off times, and pay online. One trailer per booking day: if it's open, it's yours.
Read your confirmation
The first line of the email is where and when to pick up. Night-before pickup is free when the trailer is available; ask and we'll confirm.
Sign the waiver
After payment we email a signing link to the renter and, if different, the driver. Everyone who signs must be 18 or older.
Pick up, contactless
We text you when your trailer is staged and loaded at 339 W 1200 S, Lehi, UT 84043. Hitch up (2-inch ball, 4-pin flat connector; we include an adapter if you need one), check the lights, and go. On busy days we ask you to confirm which trailer colour you took, by a link we text you.
